Joe Kerwin’s roots in the 125th District run deep. His great-grandfather was a coal miner in Schuylkill County and his grandfather opened a law office in Lykens in 1945. Joe’s family has a rich history of community involvement and service. His parents instilled in him a strong work ethic, conservative values and a duty to give back to his community.

Joe is a graduate of Upper Dauphin Area High School, Penn State University and Penn State Dickinson School of Law. He has served in the Pennsylvania National Guard for eight years and is a Captain Infantry Officer with the 56th Stryker Brigade. Joe is a graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School receiving his Ranger Tab in 2019.

In addition to his military service, Joe serves our community as a Dauphin County prosecutor. As our State Representative, Joe Kerwin will:

• Protect the Unborn
• Eliminate Property Taxes
• Fight the Opioid Epidemic
